Fractional Ownership is essentially partial ownership of a property.
Fractional Ownership allows several unconnected buyers to collectively share ownership of a specific property that usually forms part of a holiday resort, apartment building or hotel.
The fractional purchaser owns part of the title and therefore, if the property appreciates in value then so does the value of their fraction. As with whole ownership, fractional owners can sell whenever they deem necessary or prudent as they have a real ‘bricks & mortar’ purchase.
