Nearly 20 years ago, Jerry Cobb, the founder of Fractional Property Solutions was asked by a developer in Portugal to construct a legal mechanism which would facilitate the sale of fractional product on their resorts.

After nearly 4 years of successful operation it was decided that the product, and most importantly the back-office automated systems which make it all work, were robust and ready to be rolled out to other developers and territories.

Our fractional systems were amongst the very first to be widely implemented in Europe with developments in Portugal, France, the UK, Turkey and Cape Verde.

Since launching, the business has grown exponentially and we have successfully implemented fractional ownership on a number of developments across several jurisdictions. We now have in excess of 14,000 fractional owners enjoying their properties around the world.

We believe that we have created something quite unique – not necessarily in what it achieves, but in the way it achieves it, its flexibility and its ease of implementation and use for owners and developers alike.

It is important to note that we don’t promote a brand to be associated with our fractional systems. Instead we allow each developer the flexibility to white label their fractional offering depending on their target markets and sales channels. We just stay happily in the background, making sure it all works for you and your customers.
